Vegan Leather Bag Care - spot cleaning using a soft damp cloth with a small amount of neutral soap or baby wipes is a great way to clean the PU leather. Avoid contact with any abrasive surfaces or harsh cloths and any chemicals on your vegan leather, as they can cause damage or discoloration.
Quilted Nylon Bag Care - hand wash the bag with neutral soap and always air dry. If machine washing on a delicate cycle wash it solo without other items.
Quilted Belt Bag Care - due to the metal hardware we recommend dry cleaning this style. If you would like to hand wash, try your best not to expose the gold buckle and hardware to water and soaps to avoid oxidation and staining.

We offer $20.00 flat rate shipping in Canada, and FREE shipping with $175.00+ spent. We also offer curbside pickup at our Walkerton location.
We offer $25.00 flat rate shipping in the US.
Each order is packed with love, so please allow 3-12 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. We are thrilled to now be shipping to the USA! Shipping cost is determined at checkout.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll discuss the return options.
Regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchanged. All sale/discounted items, swim suits/intimates and beauty/home decor/bath products are final sale. Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items will be inspected before refund will be issued back. For an item to be exchanged/store credit issued, the item must be returned within 14 days, the item must be unworn with the tags attached and the customer must have the original receipt.
All return shipping costs will be done at the expense of the customer.
STORE PICKUP:
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in 24hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in store allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time!
