We offer $20.00 flat rate shipping in Canada, and FREE shipping with $175.00+ spent.
Each order is packed with love, so please allow 3-12 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Note that all prices on our site are listed in CND.
CANADA POST STRIKE:
Please note that while Canada Post remains on strike, we will utilize alternate shipping companies; this includes UPS and Purolator. This disruption may cause delays in shipping times and we advise that you order items well in advance to avoid disappointment with delivery dates.
SHIPPING TO THE U.S:
Due to the ongoing U.S. tariffs, we’ve made the difficult decision to suspend all shipments to the United States.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll discuss the return options.
Regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchanged. All sale/discounted items, swim suits/intimates and beauty (including jewelry)/home decor/bath products are final sale. Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items will be inspected before refund will be issued back. For an item to be exchanged/store credit issued, the item must be returned within 14 days, the item must be unworn with the tags attached and the customer must have the original receipt.
All return shipping costs will be done at the expense of the customer.
STORE PICKUP:
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in 24hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in store allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time!
