We offer $20.00 flat rate shipping in Canada, and FREE shipping with a subtotal of $150.00 CAD+ spent.
Each order is packed with love, so please allow 3-12 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Note that all prices on our site are listed in CAD.
SHIPPING TO THE U.S:
We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States. Customers will pay $25.00CAD on all orders and will receive FREE shipping with a subtotal of $150.00CAD + spent. Please note that all shipping rates are the responsibility of the customer. Any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by U.S. customs upon delivery are also the customer’s responsibility. Shop By Grace does not cover or reimburse duty charges.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll discuss the return options.
Regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchanged. All sale/discounted items, swim suits/intimates and beauty (including jewelry)/home decor/bath products are final sale. Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items will be inspected before refund will be issued back. For an item to be exchanged/store credit issued, the item must be returned within 14 days, the item must be unworn with the tags attached and the customer must have the original receipt.
All return shipping costs will be done at the expense of the customer.
STORE PICKUP:
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in 24hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in store allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time!

We‘ll keep your order for up to 14 days so you can come get it at a convenient time.
CANADA POST STRIKE:
Please note that while Canada Post remains on strike, we will utilize alternate shipping companies; this includes UPS and Purolator. This disruption may cause delays in shipping times and we advise that you order items well in advance to avoid disappointment with delivery dates.
